The old apps before the update work better. Now the mail that coming in is like 3 in the list and i cant reply it separately. Same for report and delete. Please fix this.

I saw they updated the app and decided to give it another chance. Shocker, not much has changed. All they did was a new design and being able to send images which is actually not a good thing since people are using the app to ask for inappropriate images. Still no memberships and still 100% anonymous meaning you dont know if the person youre talking to is being legit and not a predator of some sort. I plan on contacting the developer and demanding they do something. So a major warning to anyone one using this: If anyone asks you for anything inappropriate, do NOT respond, report the message and delete it.

This is a very fun app. You have to watch out for some not so nice postcards, but most are really nice

Doesnt work. All I can do is choose my gender and nothing else will show up. Very disappointed.

I have a friend who recommended this app to me back in June- Ive been using it ever since! Its fun and I like that I can meet people from different countries. While I wish that some features were more fine tuned, its still a good app.

Every time I try to registrar it forces me back to the very start!!

You will meet a LOT of Koreans. Occasionally a postcard comes from Japan and once a blue moon, youll meet someone from Australia, Africa, a Chinese speaking country, etc. Problems: 1) the app crashes and refuses to open if Im on an open wifi network, 2) the translator feature for Japanese is terrible, 3) Ive received postcards from the same guy (domestic) at least five times.. there cant be that few USA users right?

I found this app when I searched pen pal and it looked really cute so I downloaded it. The layout is super cute but its not exactly what I thought it was. I received postcards mostly from Korean males, which I was okay with at first since I love kpop, but when I would find out their age and would stop talking to them (Im 17). After two days of having the app I sent out a lot of postcards just asking people for their age. The majority of (male) users are Korean and Japanese around 20-30 years old. I then googled what Doki Doki meant and found out that its a Japanese Onomatopoeia for a heart beat. So if youre around 20+ years old and looking for an international friend or significant other then this app is for you.

The translation thing is a lie. It wont translate and be careful there are perverts on her. The bright side is that I did make some really good friends.

Honestly it is a good app for making friendships. However there are people who do use this for hookups or ask for nude pictures or even casual encounters. For actual penpals it will be hard to be find since I dont think there enough users from other countries really. Most users are from South Korea and occasionally Japan, United States, China, and Taiwan or even France. So it is good enjoyable app if you can bear with it.

Im an iphone user but somehow I cant use this app if Im not connected to a wifi even if I have Internet on my phone (which is weird) what should I do in this case?

Its perfect for me but there is one problem, I have so much to say and i can barely say anything because it wont let me type very much. Can you please fix this app so that we can type more in a single postcard? Thank you. :)

I was wondering how you find people on this app and how do you use the app ?

Fix this please. I often get notifications saying I have a message, yet when I open it the message is gone. I assume the app just deletes it because I never receive a message from that person again. It would be nice to add people to a friends list or something instead of relying completely on the app for whether you can ever talk to them again. Thats kind of crappy.

This app has withstood many iOS updates yet it still has the same look. Youd think by iOS 8 the users would have a more appealing looking app to use but it doesnt seem that way. The developer really needs to put more effort in this app seeing how its the only app with fans and avid users. Using this interface really takes away from the experience also there are some serious translation errors.

Why does it tells me that it couldnt connect me to the server at the startup? Its a cool app and I dont wanna lose it, Ive met many awesome people in it.

This app is pretty good! It is very basic and doesnt offer a lot of features. I would love to see an addition of a friends list and a better layout for sending an receiving postcards!
